Testing Registration is CLOSED!

YOU MUST REGISTER FOR TESTING. As the Lion's Den Taekwondo Association grows we are looking to streamline the Test Registration process. If you do NOT register, you will not be able to test. This page will give the Testing Examiner a roster of all students testing.

Terms and Conditions of Testing

By submitting this form you agree to these terms: ALL Testing Fees are due ON OR BEFORE THE TESTING REGISTRATION DEADLINE. NO Registration will be accepted AFTER the Deadline. Any payments after the deadline will be charged a $25 late fee to each students testing. If Testing Fees are not paid by the deadline, registered student will not be able to take that test.

You MUST be current on ALL dues to be eligible for promotion testing. No refunds will be given. By completing this registration form you release, and forever discharge Lion's Den Fitness and Martial Arts LLC, Lion's Den Taekwondo, Lion's Den Taekwondo Association, and all of its Instructors, employees, and Black Belts from any and all rights and claims for damages which you and/or your son/daughter may incur. You also confirm you understand Taekwondo is a contact martial art.
